John Godec is president of Godec Randall & Associates.

He is the former Director of Issues Management for Motorola’s worldwide Semi-conductor Products Sector (SPS) and served as Special Assistant to the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), handling communication and public affairs.

John served on a federal strategic planning task force to design a risk management and emergency communication protocol for the National Governors Association and is a guest lecturer at Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

He’s one of only nine global master trainers for the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) and a roster member of the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution (USIECR). John is recognized as an authority on reputation management and a popular speaker at industry and government conferences and workshops. He’s worked as a broadcaster, journalist, manager, and consultant in the video, film, radio, and television industries.
