- Crisis Prevention and Consequence Management - We work with business and government to assemble and train internal teams, recognize potential problems and develop audit, prevention, response, and recovery systems. Problems may include workplace violence, product recalls, public protest, legal violations, damaging news coverage, sabotage, environmental problems accidents, and other losses of trust and credibility.
- Issues Management - We work with clients to identify and manage emerging or existing problems and opportunities that can impact their assets, position, image, competitiveness and performance.
